Cancellation Policy
We provide a hassle-free cancellation and refund policy request option directly in your order panel. You can place a request there, email us, or call our support line to cancel your order.
We only retain the convenience fee if you choose to cancel the order. If we cancel the order ourselves, we will refund your entire payment. This charge only applies when a buyer initiates a cancellation and requests a refund.
Convenience Fees:
- Before Shipping: We deduct a 2% fee for buyer cancellations.
- After Shipping: We apply a 5% charge for buyer cancellations.
- Modifications: We charge 3% for changes made after shipping; we do not charge for modifications made before shipping.
We adjust these costs from your final refund amount. Once we receive the product in its original condition, we will initiate your refund.
These charges only apply to buyer requests; we do not apply any fees if we initiate the cancellation.

Refund & Return Policy
We only accept return and refund requests if we deliver a damaged, incorrect, "dead on arrival," or defective product. You must communicate any order disputes to us within 3 days (or 7 days for complete PC sets) of delivery to claim a return or refund. Please bring the issue to our attention via email or telephone.
Refund & Return Policy Guidelines:
- Product Seals: We do not apply our Cancellation & Refund Policy if you open the product seal and the item is non-faulty.
- Missing Parts: We will cancel your return or refund request if you fail to include any part or accessory from the original box.
- Packaging: You must keep all packaging material throughout the return window. This ensures you can pack the product in its original form to prevent damage during transit.
- Safe Packing: You must pack the product exactly as you received it. Do not apply tapes or glues directly to the product or its box, as this may lead us to cancel your return request. You must return all original accessories along with the product.
Refund Processing:
- Payment Gateway: If you paid through our gateway, we will issue the refund to your original account.
- Bank/COD: For Bank Transfers and COD orders, we process refunds only into the buyer’s bank account. You will usually see these refunds reflect in your account within 7-10 working days.
- Credit Card Fees: We deduct 5% from the total order value if you cancel a Credit Card order yourself.
