Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products)

Once a customer places an order, the Balaji Computer Wala C/o Shubham IT Solution team processes and dispatches the products according to the order and product requirements. PC Builds are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days, while single component orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours or a maximum of 3 business days, subject to product availability.

In some cases, components may need to be arranged from suppliers if they are not available in stock, which may result in additional processing time, and the customer will be informed where applicable. All orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout, and customers are responsible for providing accurate address, PIN code and contact details.

We use courier and logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Trackon and other suitable delivery providers depending on the delivery location and shipment requirements.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders are prepaid, and the full payment must be successfully received and verified before the order is dispatched. We accept UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, NEFT and RTGS bank transfers as available payment methods.
For NEFT or RTGS payments, customers may be required to provide the transaction or reference details for payment verification. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, product type, public holidays, weather conditions, transportation delays and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are advised to check the package condition at the time of delivery and, if the package appears damaged or tampered with, take photographs or videos and contact Balaji Computer Wala C/o Shubham IT Solution as soon as possible so that the matter can be reviewed according to the applicable return, refund and cancellation policy.
